Our Mission: A 4th Birthday Wish

Our first and most vital mission is to reunite our daughter with her grandmothers. She is blessed with three wonderful grandmothers living in different corners of the world?from Venezuela, state of Georgia and Italy.

Italy has been chosen as the special destination for this reunion. One of her grandmothers resides there, and her grandmother from Venezuela will be traveling to meet her, making Italy the place where these two worlds finally touch.

Due to complex immigration policies and the distances that define our current reality, one of her grandmothers hasn't seen her in years, and her biological grandmother has never held her granddaughter in person. For our daughter's 4th birthday this year, we want to give her the most meaningful gift possible: the chance to touch her roots and finally feel the embrace of the women who love her from afar.

Transforming Hardship into Hope

This journey comes with difficult realities. As parents, we will not be able to travel with our daughter on this upcoming trip. This was not an easy decision; it is one born of deep prayer and reflection. While we face structural and systemic barriers that keep families apart, we refuse to let them breed cynicism. Instead, we are transforming this challenge into an opportunity to deepen our understanding of care and love across borders.
