Where does Bonfire ship and what are the costs? We ship campaign orders worldwide. Domestic shipping starts at $3.99 and international shipping starts at $9.99. We do not currently offer international shipping for Supply orders. However, shipping is free on U.S. Supply orders of 5+ items. What’s your exchange policy? If your campaign or Supply order arrives misprinted or damaged, your product does not fit as expected or you’ve simply changed your mind and would like to return your order, we’ll happily work out a solution that fits your needs. Where’s my order? Domestic campaign orders will arrive 7 to 14 business days after the campaign ends. International orders may take up to 21 business days.
Supply orders will arrive 7 to 14 business days after you approve your proof. To learn more about tracking your campaign or Supply order, check out our Track an Order Help Center article.
For sellers
How much does Bonfire cost? Bonfire is 100 percent free to use. We’ll never ask for your credit card information when selling, unless you would like to buy a shirt for yourself! To learn more about selling on Bonfire, check out How to sell products with campaigns in our Help Center.
How do I get paid? After a successful campaign ends, you can request a payout from the Payouts tab in your Account Dashboard. This is sent via PayPal and usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days. Please see Requesting and Receiving a Payout in our Help Center for more information.
How long can I run a campaign? You can run a campaign anywhere from 7 to 21 days. If you would like to set your end date to be less than 7 days, just send us a message. We are unable to extend your campaign to run for more than 21 days. However, you can relaunch a campaign an unlimited number of times. Please see Relaunching a Campaign in our Help Center for more information.
