How T-Shirt Campaigns Work on Bonfire

How do Bonfire Campaigns work?

You design the custom product, launch your Campaign, and sell to your community. When your Campaign ends successfully, we print & ship orders directly to your buyers and sends you the profits.

Where do you ship and what are the costs?

For Campaigns, we ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs start at $3.99 for domestic orders and $9.99 for international orders. These costs are paid for by the buyers and are not deducted from your overall profits. Learn more about our shipping policy and options.

When will items be delivered?

Domestic orders arrive between 7 and 14 business days after a Campaign ends successfully. International orders may take up to 21 business days or more. Track your order.

Is Bonfire for selling or fundraising?

Both! Bonfire lets you choose whether to sell for profit or to fundraise on behalf of an organization, individual, or cause. Learn more about fundraising features.

How many items do I need to sell for a successful campaign?

Every Campaign has a unique minimum number of sales needed to print, often as low as 5 sales. Learn more about minimums.

Does Bonfire cost the seller?

Running a Campaign is entirely free—no hidden costs whatsoever.

How and when do I receive my profits?

Once your Campaign has ended successfully, you can request your payout via PayPal from the Payouts tab in your Account Dashboard. Contact us if you would like to change the PayPal account on file, or have any other questions.

How Bonfire Supply works

How does Supply work?

You create or upload a custom design, choose sizes & quantities, and we ship everything in one package. From there, you have full control of the inventory: you can promote the apparel online, sell at an event, distribute to friends and family—it’s totally up to you. Learn more about Supply here.

How does shipping work?

Supply is currently only available to US customers. Shipping is free on orders of 5 or more items.

When will items be delivered?

Supply orders arrive between 7 and 14 business days after your order has been placed. If there are any issues with your design, this may delay the process. Track your order.

Is there a minimum purchase quantity?

Nope—you can order as few as one shirt! However, the more items you order, the lower the cost per item.
