FAQ

Can you expedite production and/or delivery? Unfortunately, no. Since everything is custom-printed and made to order, we are unable to accommodate rushed timelines. We’re working on making this possible in the future.
What carrier and shipping method do you use? We ship all packages with USPS. For domestic orders, shipping typically takes 3 business days. For international orders, shipping times vary.
Can you consolidate multiple orders into one package? If you made multiple purchases from the same campaign, we can combine your orders into one package and credit you for the cost savings. Simply reach out to us on our contact page. We are unable to combine orders from different campaigns, since each campaign is produced in its own print run.
Can you make a change to my order? We are able to make changes to your order as long as the campaign is still open and the changes do not affect your checkout total. Simply let us know what you’d like updated by reaching out on our contact page.
