This past January, I made a parody video on TikTok of the "wounded scene" trope that happens between budding lovers in many YA/fantasy series. I threw in some Zodiac jargon just to give the scene some substance and named the main character Rune. It got millions of views, and from there, I just...never stopped. We're about to complete the 4th and final season of the series.

Rune, our main character, unknowingly becomes an Ascendant when she depletes her element (Air because she's a Sector Gemini - an air sign) to save Ryder (a Sector Aries - a fire sign). She wakes up with a second sigil underneath her original Gemini one, that of Aries. This means that she can now harness the power of both the signs' elements - Air and Fire. This design includes the alchemical symbols for all four elements and the symbols for all the signs of the Zodiac. May it remind us that, as Rune learns, our greatest power is revealed to us when it comes from a place love.
