What began as a kitchen table startup in 2008 as grown to become a major employer of adults on the autism spectrum working in tech. Aspiritech is proud to employ a 100% autistic operational team in the Chicago area and across the country.
Our nonprofit's intentionally neuroinclusive model helps our team members thrive in their roles, with dedicated support staff, community-building events, and emergency financial aid grants just some of the amenities that make us an excellent option for employment among neurodivergent professionals.
