&Rise is a nonprofit organization that empowers women to be the ultimate versions of themselves no matter what adversities they've faced. We offer free counseling for women in Illinois, free in-person and virtual support groups for female survivors of sexual, domestic, and emotional abuse, financial education, women's empowerment events, personal development workshops, professional development workshops, and life coaching. We are all inclusive to all women no matter background, age, color, or creed. Many of the women who seek free counseling are low income or poverty level and have experience domestic and sexual violence. We do different events to empower and inspire women - and I share my story of personal traumas and abuse to help these women have hope that their story doesn't end there, there is more to tell and they could live the life of their dreams if they focus on themselves and heal from their past.
