As a grassroots community, we are committed to reimagining how educational spaces can create a stronger anti-racist democracy. Therefore, our collective is set out to challenge and transform current policies and structures so the learner and adult can reach their fullest potential.
Our growing community is aggressively rethinking the institution of school as we know it. We work to unpack the nostalgia that perpetuates white supremacy, patriarchy, and heteronormativity. We seek a critical lens to humanize each learner?s experiences by expanding hearts and minds through sharing perspectives.
Each shirt sold, directly supports our guest lecturer series. We are intentionally offering a low-cost method that allows the maximum amount of people to have financially accessible anti-bias/anti-racism resources. When more people have access to these resources, we all benefit by living in a more equitable and just society. Every month, a new guest speaker shares their insights and practices with us.

On a personal level, I've got messy hair, I always miss my turn when I'm driving and I'm forever learning something new about myself.
More professionally, I?m a nationally recognized anti-bias/anti-racist teacher-educator. I partner with action-orientated educators, helping them to plan their next steps for creating classroom environments that are inclusive and equitable for all learners. My work seeks to move justice from being an idea to the accepted culture. I am the co-creator of the Instagram #antiracistbookclub and the co-founder of ABAR at School. I proudly serve on the AMI/USA Human Rights and Social Justice Committee to offer direct input into developing areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion. I am most affirmed by she/they pronouns.
