Move to Amend is a nationwide coalition of hundreds of organizations and hundreds of thousands of individuals united in the fight to end corporate rule and build a democracy that truly reflects the will and wellbeing of the people. We work to advance social, economic, and environmental justice by challenging the legal doctrines that give corporations constitutional rights and allow money to drown out our voices. At the heart of our mission is the We the People Amendment (HJR54), a bold, no-loopholes constitutional amendment that makes clear that only human beings have constitutional rights and that money is not speech ? laying the foundation for a genuine, inclusive, people-powered democracy where communities, not corporations, decide our future.
