We are Skylar Pointer and Maddy Sutter. We met 8 years ago at Camp Needles in the Pines and have been friends ever since.
Skylar was diagnosed at 5 years old and Maddy was diagnosed at 3. Diabetes takes no day off and we deal with all the struggles that come with it, every minute of every day. Breakthrough T1D works to raise money to find better technologies and hopefully a cure.
