Multiple sclerosis is a cruel and unpredictable disease affecting nearly one million people in the US. Symptoms range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. To date, there is no cure. But there is hope, as the National MS Society continues to charge forward in the research of the causes, interventions and cures that people like me desperately need.
