Finding the Beautiful Project was born from a season when our family had to learn how to look for hope in the middle of some very hard days.

On June 23, 2026, our 14 year old daughter Scarlett was riding her bike with her brother. An impaired driver hit her, throwing her around 35 feet. She was life-flighted to the nearest trauma hospital and is thankfully doing much better.

After Scarlett?s accident, our world changed in an instant. Since then, we?ve experienced fear, uncertainty, long days, countless appointments, and a healing journey we never expected to walk. But we?ve also witnessed incredible kindness, answered prayers, tiny victories, laughter in places we didn?t expect it, and so many reminders that even when life is messy and painful, there is still beauty to be found.

That is what Finding the Beautiful means to us.
