At the end of January, Peace Gate Farm Sanctuary rescued a six-week-old baby goat named Sprout who had tragically been stepped on, resulting in fractured vertebrae and a severe infection that left him unable to walk. Sprout was rushed to Purdue University for an MRI, which confirmed the extent of his injuries. Since then, he?s undergone a CT scan, several follow-up appointments, and has begun physical therapy to help him rebuild his strength. And the best part? He?s already started zooming around in his tiny wheelchair!
Every day, Sprout shows us just how strong and spirited he is. He?s gaining strength, making progress, and stealing hearts along the way with his playful personality and spunky determination.
But his journey is far from over?and he needs your help.
Sprout?s ongoing care, therapy, equipment, and medical visits are expensive, and we rely on the kindness of our community to give animals like him a second chance. Your donation, no matter the size, helps us continue to provide Sprout with the love, treatment, and support he needs to thrive. Let?s show Sprout he?s not alone!
