At just 24 years old, Gage Guidry is facing one of the rarest and most aggressive forms of brain cancer?Stage 4 Astrocytoma Glioblastoma. It?s a diagnosis no young adult ever expects to have. Statistically, it?s extraordinarily rare in people his age, affecting fewer than 1 in 100,000 young adults annually. But Gage has never been one to back down from a challenge.

Gage?s journey began during his final semester at Texas Tech University, where he was pursuing his master?s degree in accounting after completing his undergraduate degree. A sudden seizure during school revealed a tumor in his frontal lobe. The diagnosis was devastating, but Gage approached it the way he approaches everything in life?with focus, strength, and courage.

Under the expert care MD Anderson, Gage underwent successful brain surgery and showed remarkable resilience in his recovery. Determined not to let the diagnosis define him, he accepted a position at Deloitte?his dream company?with the intention of completing his master?s degree while working full time.

Now, Gage is facing a second, more complex battle. A new tumor has developed in his cerebellum?this time inoperable. He?s undergoing intensive radiation as part of the standard treatment, but the options beyond that are limited unless his family can access innovative therapies that fall outside traditional coverage.

Gage is one of four brothers and is deeply loved by his family, friends, and his incredible girlfriend, who has stood by his side every step of the way. His mindset throughout this journey has been extraordinary, anchored in hope, full of grace, and grounded in gratitude.

This GoFundMe was created by Gage?s brothers and closest friends to help ease the financial burden as his care expands. Donations will support alternative treatment options and help cover living expenses if he?s unable to return to work.

Any unused funds will be directed to a nonprofit foundation currently being formed by the Guidry and Blanchard families, alongside Payton Jackson and Jamie Wolfe, to support other young adults facing this devastating disease.

Thank you for standing with Gage. Your support enables him to focus on healing?and to continue fighting with the courage and light that define him.
