Grateful Paws Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by a small group of volunteers whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home dogs found in local animal control facilities.  

?Rehabilitation is the act of restoring shelter dogs to a normal life through decompression, education and guidance. All dogs have been temperament tested and we do not represent dogs with a history of aggression. 

While with the rescue, dogs are also provided full veterinary care and are not available for adoption until they have been spayed/neutered and given a clean bill of health. Our goal is to work with the dogs and new owners to help the dogs achieve behavioral balance and transition smoothly into their new homes.

We operate 100% on volunteers and donations.
