Thank you for supporting me and my family! Unfortunately this is not our first time dealing with cancer! On August 26th I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma in my right breast. I will have 24 weeks of chemotherapy followed by 3-4 weeks of rest. Once cleared I will have surgery to remove one or both of my breast(still waiting on genetic testing) then continue immunotherapy for 12 more weeks. Due to a new job I will not have the time built up so I will be on a leave of absence without pay for 12 weeks after surgery to recover.
