Hope can grow even in the hardest seasons.

Hope Grows Here was inspired by my award-winning children's book, The Happy Little Sunflower: Finding Hope in the Valley. The book tells the story of a little sunflower learning that even when the seasons change and life becomes difficult, hope can still be found.

This campaign carries that message beyond the pages of the book.

The original sunflower artwork featured on this shirt was hand-painted in watercolor, then transformed into a vintage-inspired design. But this shirt is about much more than the artwork.

100% of the profits from this campaign will be donated to Cabarrus Victims Assistance Network (CVAN), an organization providing safety, shelter, advocacy, and support to victims of domestic violence and their families.

CVAN holds a very special place in my heart because they were there for me during one of the hardest seasons of my own life. Their shelter gave me a safe place to begin again when I needed it most.

Now I have the opportunity to give something back.

My hope is that every shirt becomes a small reminder that even when someone is walking through a dark season, their story isn't over. Hope can take root. Healing can begin. And a new season can grow.
