May is #AffordableHousingMonth. At Hamilton Families, our mission is to end family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. We recognize that homelessness is a housing issue and one of the primary solutions to meeting the needs of unhoused families is to ensure equitable access to decent and affordable homes for all. San Francisco is in dire need of an increased supply of housing, but it must come from the guiding principle that HOUSING IS A HUMAN RIGHT.
