Ian is a 15 year old with Down Syndrome and Autism. He will be having his 2nd Open Heart Surgery on May 19, 2026 in Charleston, SC. He will also have to go down before surgery and after surgery for follow-ups so this means travel will be necessary. We are selling shirts to show some love and support for him, and we thought others might want to do the same. All the funds will go to his mom for expenses while she is out of work for 8 weeks to use for whatever the need maybe. If you want to support their family, while also supporting Ian then this is for you. We will wear these shirts on the day of his surgery.
