Oakland TNR Coalition is a 100% volunteer-run foster-based, 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue founded in 2019 with a focus on TNVR in Oakland, Pittsburgh, and surrounding city neighborhoods.
Our mission is to provide proper vet care for feral, stray, homeless, and abandoned cats through TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return), socialize and rehabilitate rescued cats, place rescued cats into forever homes, educate and promote cat rescue and animal welfare, and educate the public on the importance of the Trap, neuter, Release program and proper community cat colony management.
