As a breast cancer survivor, raising money for Susan G. Komen is incredibly personal to me. I know how scary it is to hear the words ?you have breast cancer,? and I also know how fortunate I am to be here today. I want to use my experience to make a difference for others. Fundraising has become a true passion and a way for me to turn something difficult into something meaningful. I raise money for more research, better treatments, and most importantly, more women getting the chance to call themselves survivors, just like me.
