Every March 4, Tennessee stops to say the names of its missing children. Tennessee Missing Children's Day exists because Bethany's mother, Jonnie Carter, helped write the law that created it. This is the Founding Edition for TMCD 2027. Net proceeds go to one thing: next March 4. Wear it. Post it. Make people ask what it means. The lime green is the color Bethany was wearing the day she went missing in 2001.
