Marin Agricultural Land Trust (MALT) is the first land trust in the nation focused on protecting farm and ranchland. Since 1980, MALT has partnered with ranchers and environmentalists to permanently protect nearly 59,000 acres of land in Marin County and invested more than $3 million in on-the-ground land stewardship projects that produce healthy, local food and protect the environment.
