The metamorphosis of life transforms us and there are many factors. Happiness?love?sorrow?pain. For many, they emerge from the cocoon forever changed, whether it?s for the better or worse. There are many factors that can cause this?but most often the pain is caused by actions of those who were supposed to protect us and failed. It was not your fault. But, to be able to heal and move on, we have to reflect on our past and to give love to ourselves when we were most vulnerable.

It is ok to be angry and sad and even to decide to leave the past undisturbed, but self-love is the way to begin healing. Be kind to who you were. Be kind to the world. You matter, you are seen.
