Every day, survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking take extraordinary steps toward reclaiming their lives. They summon courage in the face of trauma. They rebuild when everything has been taken from them. They rise ? not because the path is easy, but because they are stronger than what was done to them.

Yet too often, survivors face this journey alone ? without the resources, support, or community they need to truly heal. While enCourage Advocacy Center fulfills as many basic needs as we can for local survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking, there are always additional needs of these survivors that could benefit from community members' support. The No One Heals Alone Fund is a way for us to ensure additional funds are available to further support survivors' basic needs.

Our Mission

The No One Heals Alone Fund is dedicated to meeting survivors where they are ? providing compassionate, flexible, and immediate support for the general needs that arise on the road to recovery. We believe that when a survivor's basic needs are met, healing becomes possible. When they are surrounded by community, hope becomes real.

What We Support

Trauma doesn't come with a tidy checklist of needs, and neither does recovery. The No One Heals Alone Fund provides holistic support across a wide range of general survivor needs, including:

• Food and nutrition ? ensuring no survivor goes hungry while rebuilding their life
• Transportation ? covering the costs of getting to work, appointments, court dates, and support services
• Medical and mental health care ? including therapy, counseling, crisis support, and physical health needs
• Legal aid ? helping survivors navigate protective orders, custody matters, and other legal proceedings
• Clothing and personal essentials ? restoring dignity through access to everyday necessities
• Education and job training ? empowering long-term independence and financial security
• Technology access ? including phones, internet, and devices to stay connected and safe

Why It Matters

Survivors are some of the most resilient people in the world. But resilience alone cannot pay rent, feed children, or silence the aftermath of trauma. The barriers survivors face after escaping violence are vast and complex ? and when unmet, they become reasons survivors return to dangerous situations, fall through the cracks of traditional systems, or give up on a future they deserve.

The No One Heals Alone Fund fills the gaps ? acting quickly, without red tape, and with deep respect for each survivor's unique circumstances and journey.
