America?s Service Commissions

The mission of America's Service Commissions (ASC), a nonpartisan and nonprofit organization, is to lead and elevate the state service network by representing and promoting state service commissions across the United States and territories. ASC serves as a peer network of governor-appointed commissioners and staff from state service commissions, administering AmeriCorps State, Volunteer Generation Fund, and related programs to address critical community needs and engage citizens in service. ASC envisions a future where all states embrace service as a strategy to build community in solving local challenges.
