Home and Community Options Inc. (HCO) is a nonprofit organization that provides support and residential services to people with developmental disabilities of all ages as they lead self-directed lives. HCO's culture is rooted in empowering each other to be the best people they can be, and their goal is to enable individuals with disabilities of any age to lead the lives they want to live within a community of their choosing.

HCO is committed to being the most person-centered, innovative, and inclusive service provider for people with developmental disabilities in southeastern Minnesota, and they are proud to have had a person-centered approach for those they serve since day one. Each employee builds strong relationships with consumers and their families, as well as their fellow co-workers.
