Pearl was found on the streets of Bahrain in January 2023 with no fight left in her. One woman, Carrie, refused to give up on her and fought for nearly 2 years to get her to safety. Pearl survived tick fever and a life no dog should ever know before finally making her freedom flight to the U.S. in October 2024.

She arrived at Hope For Life Rescue in Virginia Beach, VA and has been in our care for over 500 days. She has her own room lined with beds and stuffies. She is known as Pearly Girl. She is goofy, sweet, and still waiting for her person.
