Why This Fundraiser MattersFor thousands of years, peyote has been a living medicine, a teacher, and a spiritual bridge for Native communities.
But today, its future is at risk.
?? Peyote populations have been declining for decades due to over-harvesting, restricted land access, development, and environmental pressure.
?? Many of the regions where peyote grows are not accessible to the Indigenous communities who rely on it for ceremony and healing.
?? Without intervention, the loss of peyote would threaten cultural continuity, spiritual health, and the ability of future generations to maintain these sacred practices.
IPCI exists to change that.
What IPCI DoesIPCI?s mission is rooted in Indigenous knowledge, land stewardship, and long-term cultural responsibility. Their work includes:
? Replanting and regenerating peyote populations
? Supporting sustainable, respectful harvesting practices
? Restoring land-based relationships between medicine and community
? Protecting habitat and creating conservation grow-sites
? Ensuring ceremonial access for current and future generations
? Centering Indigenous governance, sovereignty, and cultural leadership
Every effort they make is for the preservation of peyote ? not just as a plant, but as a way of life.
Why Your Support Is VitalWhen you support this fundraiser, 100% of proceeds go directly to IPCI and to the on-the-ground work that keeps this sacred medicine alive.
Your support helps:
? Rebuild peyote habitat
? Replant medicine for future generations
? Strengthen Indigenous-led conservation
? Restore traditional ecological knowledge
? Protect ceremonial access

This isn?t just about conservation.
It?s about cultural survival, healing, and protecting what our ancestors protected for us.
