In collaboration with Beyond Sticks, founder Chrissy Lewis Summers has donated her design to Athlete Ally. Beyond Sticks is a character based field hockey organization founded on the core belief that the life lessons we take from sport last long after we hang up the uniform. In athletics, coaches encourage combining unique strengths to win as a team on the field. Therefore, we have an opportunity to play beyond the game and model that same celebratory inclusion off the field. This design conveys both Beyond Sticks' and Athlete Ally's belief that all athletes, coaches and sports supporters can play beyond the game with pride.

Athlete Ally believes that everyone should have equal access, opportunity, and experience in sports ? regardless of your sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. Our mission is to end the rampant homophobia and transphobia in sport and to activate the athletic community to exercise their leadership to champion LGBTQI+ equality.
