At NAMI Southeast Minnesota, we recognize that progress looks different for everyone. We are all on our own mental health journey- there are good days, bad days, days where we aren't sure if we've made any progress. What's important is remembering that progress is not linear, and you are doing amazing by waking up each and every day.
