As we look ahead to October and National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), I am so excited and proud to launch another fundraiser to support my Project SEARCH classroom and the incredible young adults we serve!

Project SEARCH is more than a job-training program; it is an opportunity to discover strengths, build confidence, develop independence, and realize that a meaningful career is possible. Every day, I have the privilege of watching our interns grow, challenge themselves, celebrate their successes, and take steps toward a future they can be proud of.

By purchasing and wearing this shirt, you are doing more than showing your support for inclusion, opportunity, and employment for people with disabilities. You are helping me create meaningful experiences and provide the resources that make our classroom and our interns' year special.

Funds raised will help provide classroom supplies, refreshments and decorations for celebrations, gifts for mentors and participants, and materials and activities that support our interns throughout the year.
