Lola came in to rescue. Her skin was itchy and yeasty. She was timid and traumatized. Her ears may need expensive surgery as they were left for so long infected and not cared for by her previous owner. These are dogs that you may not see flash on IG for FB. These are dogs that we are nursing back to health, hoping that one day they will be available for adoption. It is the silent investment of seriously ill seniors and rescue pugs and pug mixes that come in daily.
