SOCKS has been rescuing seniors and special needs dogs for six years. Many dogs have been neglected, abused, dumped or surrendered by their owner. They may need to be spayed or neutered, treated for heartworm, require surgery for tumors, need special care for their eyes and ears, have to see a specialist, require special diets, medications or dentals, and much more.
