All proceeds go toward supporting a general strike in Los Angeles County! We are a grassroots, decentralized network of regular people who know our greatest power is our labor and our right to refuse it. All sales will be used to prepare for, and sustain a general strike in LA County, including supporting strikers while they refuse work. Our fiscal host is A Radical Guide, a registered non-profit. They will deposit all proceeds into our strike fund.

What will the money be used for?

Short Term Goals:

• Stickers, posters, flyers, etc.
• Envelopes, stamps, printing costs, etc.
• P.O. Box mailing address
• Proton (encrypted) email services
• Website hosting

Long Term Goals:

• Financial support for striking workers
• Mutual aid supplies
• Distribution site rentals & materials
• Warehouse & truck rentals, gas, etc. 

In the event that a general strike in LA does not take place, after a vote by the GSUS LA Strike Fund Committee, any remaining funds will be redistributed to mutual aid groups within LA County. Rest assured that your purchase will go toward supporting our local community, no matter what. General Strike LA is a local chapter of General Strike U.S. (GSUS). While we are organizing LA County, GSUS is organizing 3.5% of the entire U.S. population (about eleven million people) toward a general strike. We've voted, we've protested, and still our government still refuses to meet our basic needs. The billionaire class hoards wealth and power, but if we strike together, we can make real change.
