What's with the "got your back" logo?

Before any performance, improvisors pat their teammates on the back while repeating "got your back". The idea is simple. In improv, we have no idea what is going to happen or where the show will take us. But "got your back" is our commitment to each other that no matter what happens, we will be there for one another and do our best to make sure people have what they need when they need it.

Honestly, "got your back" should be a regular part of each and every day with our friends, family, and colleagues.
