At HCA, we aim to empower those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a dignified and respectful manner. We create an environment where the activities, services, and supports are based on the dreams, interests, preferences, and strengths of the individual.

What began as a small preschool for children with special needs has since grown into a much larger organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages.

Programs at HCA are designed to allow individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to remain active in the community. These programs include 15 residential group homes, integrated preschool classrooms, respite, habilitation, counseling, employment, and self-directed services.

HCA is a CP State affiliate.
