Our StoryIn July 2017, our world was turned upside down when Jordyn was diagnosed with Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS). This uncommon and aggressive condition led to sudden kidney failure, changing her life?and ours?overnight. Since then, she has shown us what true bravery looks like through countless treatments and dialysis sessions. Now, we are preparing for the ultimate gift, a kidney transplant.
