Rescued Is Our Favorite Breed - Shop To Save Lives LaMancha Animal Rescue was founded in 2001 as a privately funded 501c3 no-kill animal rescue. It was originally formed as an alternative for ex-racehorses that were going to the slaughterhouse, and has since evolved into rescuing dogs, cats, and many other animals in need. LaMancha serves as not only a temporary home for the adoptable animals, but it is a place where hundreds of volunteers call their ?happy place.? They love and care for these animals every day to prepare them for their new life.
