Making Life Matter was established in 2014. Our mission here is simple?

We strongly believe in the power of kindness, gratitude, mindfulness and intention.

In 2014, we created a tool for kids to not only keep a record of their acts of kindness to reflect upon, but also to act as a journal for future kindness inspiration of their own.

Today, our goal is to continue providing a guide for children and their families to become involved in various acts of kindness, big or small. Acts of kindness do not always have to mean doing something big or life-changing. 

We believe kindness can be pinned by four principals:

?? Non-Judgement

?? Action

?? Unconditional 

All kindness acts listed and shared are intended only as suggestions or ideas to help get your own creativity flowing and should always be discussed with an adult first.
