To change the landscape of leadership by supporting and preparing young women of diverse backgrounds to become the decision makers in business, politics, the arts and more, thus making their impact on society.

We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit that works with high school girls teaching them new skills, providing necessary resources and helping build their network of women in leadership to educate and encourage them in the pursuit of their career leadership goals .The purpose of our programs is to help girls understand the power and importance of their voice and how to use it to affect the change they wish to see in their own lives as well as that of their communities.
