48th Annual Rich Stallcup Bird-A-Thon

Every year, birders of all ages and experience levels choose a day between September 15 and October 15 and spend up to 24 hours identifying as many bird species as they can, while helping to raise funds to support Point Blue Conservation Science.


The 2026 mascot is the Western Tanager. The artwork featured on this year's merchandise is by Anna Pedersen of Salty Earth Studios. Anna is an artist, marine naturalist, and scientific illustrator from California's Central Coast. Follow her at @saltyearthstudios to see more of her beautiful work.


Proceeds above base cost support Point Blue Conservation Science. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
