About
Your purchase supports the SKC Clubhouse - where kids go at school for help and support.

Shania Kids Can

Founded in 2010 by performer and advocate, Shania Twain, Shania Kids Can (SKC) works within elementary schools to deliver services that promote positive change in children's lives in time of crises and economic hardship. SKC provides children with access to academic, social, and emotional support, and nutritious snacks and meals and hygiene items where needed. SKC provides the means to develop important life skills, partake in group activities, field trips and other opportunities all while in a safe, confidence-building environment—known as the Shania Kids Can Clubhouse—where children can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

A little bit about two of our programs:

Las Vegas Clubhouse
Since 2013, SKC has operated at both elementary and middle school levels, based on the needs within the Las Vegas community. As of 2019, the Las Vegas Clubhouse supports Doris French Elementary School, where 25% of the school's 550 students are learning to speak English.

St. Vincent (Thunder Bay, ON)
In collaboration with Shkoday and the United Way of Thunder Bay, SKC proudly launches a new Biwaase'aa program at St. Vincent Catholic Elementary School. Shkoday's Biwaase’aa program has similar goals to SKC; increasing the life skills of Indigenous & non-Indigenous children, youth, and their families through strategies of academic improvement, emotional development, cultural awareness, and nutritional support.
