Huge shoutout to all the artists who submitted designs to our 2023 T-Shirt Design Contest! Congrats to Lisa Koeber for her winning design, Retro Raccoons. We also decided to award 2 runner-ups: Minna Lee's Trashformer and Chelsey Hill's Superhero Trash Rat. Shoutout to long time volunteer Debo Gaffaney who donated her Litter Legion Classic design.
