FFRP provides tuition-free career training, paid hands-on work experience, career preparation, and employment support for formerly incarcerated, justice-impacted, and underserved individuals pursuing careers in forestry, fire, and wildfire resilience.

Our programs help participants gain the skills, certifications, experience, and professional support needed to build lasting careers while serving and protecting their communities.
