At Snail Mail & Hot Rails Outreach, we provide resources to access free harm reduction supplies for people who use drugs along with resource navigation, advocacy, education and much more- with a special focus on stimulant users.

Upon our launch in December of 2024, we?ve recognized a significant gap in the harm reduction community: resources for stimulant users are often limited and most programs were exclusively designed for IV users. We knew more could be done to reduce harm and support people across all types of substance use. SMAHRO aims to broaden the perspective of harm reduction- to show that it can, and should, support people who use drugs in multiple ways, not just through syringe access.

At Snail Mail & Hot Rails, we meet people where they are- always in a judgment-free space. You can ask questions, get informed, receive support, or simply have someone to talk to. No matter your substance use, your situation, or your struggles- you deserve care and you MATTER.
