The quote 'To be loved is to be changed' was first used by Eva Lucy on her Twitter account, (@tacticalcoqette), in February 2023. Animal lover Eva Lucy had two adopted childhood dogs, Leo and Toby. Leo was adopted from a shelter in NJ. Eva Lucy is pictured below with her dearly departed Leo, whose love is the reason for the quote.


Homeward Bound alumni Fishtopher (@mister.fishtopher) has continued to grow in popularity since his adoption in November. He has bloomed into a fun-loving cat and is a poster boy for shelter felines all over the world. Showing that to be loved, really is to be changed.


Talented Brazilian artist, Helo?sa Nora, is the artist behind Poorly Drawn Cats (Twitter @poorlycatdraw, Instagram @poorlycatdraw) and has been drawing cats since 2016. She has drawn Fishtopher several times and has a unique and fun style.
