IT'S A NEW DAY IN THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH! The [postponed] 2020 United Methodist General Conference has officially removed paragraph 304.3 in the Book of Discipline that said "the practice of homosexuality is incompatible with Christian teaching" and "self-avowed practicing homosexuals" are not allowed to be clergy. We thought a new shirt was in order to CELEBRATE and wear in our churches and Annual Conference sessions this summer.

Glendale UMC - Nashville has experienced a transformation of new life over the last 7 years - no doubt it has been because of our intentional work for inclusion in the church and being a community of faith that welcomes all people with no exceptions and no exclusions.
