At Halfway Home Rescue Inc., our hearts are always with the animals who need us the most. Some of these animals require more intensive care than others, including diagnostic tests to determine their needs and adoptability. Whether it's our "Lifers" (permanent residents) or cats in need of specific diagnostics, we go to great lengths to ensure they get the care they deserve?but these expenses add up quickly.

Although it's only the beginning of the year, we?ve already had two cardiac ultrasounds and have four more scheduled. Each cardiac ultrasound costs $500, and that price can increase if bloodwork is required. In total, we need to raise over $3,000 by the end of February to cover these critical expenses.
