Not only is being one with Jesus is what this is about, but it's also more than that! You can be SET FREE through his blood and Spirit! Jesus didn't just die so we can be saved, he came so that he could send someone greater-- an advocate-- his Holy Spirit.

Not only is mental health SO important to me, but being truly healthy in your whole body, is something that has become so close to my heart, as well.
